The Process
Contact our admissions team by phone or email to discuss the client, their needs and current availability.
We send a referral pack covering background, treatment history, risk information and support needs.
A pre-admission assessment confirms suitability, agrees support requirements and answers the client's questions.
A planned admission date is confirmed, with a welcome, orientation and an initial recovery plan on arrival.
